7 rooms of 175m² in Stockholm

There are four rooms available in our house collective, located in Johannesdal (Vårberg, Skärholmen; Stockholm). The three-story house has lots of shared spaces (bathrooms on two of the floors and toilets on every floor, large kitchen, laundry with a tumbler and a washing machine, living room and storage rooms). Geographically located close to nature, water (the lake Mälaren), Vårberg centrum and the subway station. In the garden there’s an apple tree, berry bushes, carpenter’s shed, herbs, a mountainette with a splendid view, room for cultivation sites and a little pond. • The room (already available) on the top floor is circa 22 square meters. Rental cost: 5350 kr/SEK per month. • The room (available from ) on the middle floor is circa 18 square meters. Rental cost: 4850 kr/SEK per month. • The room (available from ) on the middle floor is circa 18 square meters. Rental cost: 4850 kr/SEK per month. • The room (available from ) on the bottom floor is circa 10 square meters. Rental cost: 3800 kr/SEK per month. Both couples and individuals, without kids nor pets, are welcome to One month rent deposition in advance. Insurance is optional to use your own or share with the rest of the collective. She loves music, dancing, nature, writing and experimenting with electronic sounds and noises. She values authentic relating, creativity, playfulness, community and dark twisted humour. Karl: Lovingly(?) filterless and multifaceted character. Passionated musician, record collector and synthesizer fanatic with penchant for the absurdity of life. You might end up in interesting chats (as above so below), lots of laughter and mischief with him. We’re looking for someone who intends to live here long-term. We speak both English and Swedish.
