note this is rented out over the summer 1 room apartment of 38 sqm with balcony located in calm hägerstensåsen. perfect for a guest researcher or similar over the summer. the area is cozy, close to nature and water. commute by subway from telefonplan or örnsberg (10 min walk). same line as stockholm university and kth. approximately 25 min to t-centralen door to door. i will take out one month's rent in deposition. i'm a medical student at ki who will be going to gothenburg over the summer to work. move out date will be set to around the 20th of august.
