Hej! (english below) Vi hyr ut ett litet fristående hus, som delar trädgård med vårt fina 1920-talshus. Huset ligger i ett lugnt och grönt område, med närhet till både natur och torg med livsmedelsbutik och bageri m m. Från huset är det cirka 15 minuters cykeltur till centrum och 100 meter till busshållsplats (Slädvägen/Fältvägen) med täta avgångar mot stan. Det är ett stenkast till närmaste skogsstig, och mycket nära till vackra naturområden som Gula stigen, Stadsskogen och Hågadalen/Nåsten. Det lilla huset byggdes 2021 och är i mycket fint skick. På nedervåningen finns badrum med tvättmaskin, hall samt allrum och fullt utrustat kök i öppen planlösning. Därifrån kommer man med trappa upp till ett halvt övre plan, som fungerar som sovrum. Trädgården är lummig och solig, och det finns körsbär om sommaren och äpplen om hösten som gärna vill bli uppätna. I hyran ingår trådlöst bredband (fiber), el, värme och vatten. Stugan är möblerad och har golvvärme. Ingen rökning tillåten. Vi som bor i huset är en professor på Uppsala universitet, en tandläkare och en katt som säkert vill hälsa på om du/ni tillåter. The house is located in a quiet and green area, close to both nature and a local square with a grocery store, bakery, and more. The house is located a 15-minute bike ride from the city center, and just 100 meters from the nearest bus stop (Slädvägen/Fältvägen), with frequent departures into town. The nearest forest trail is just a hundred meters away, and beautiful nature areas like Gula stigen, Stadsskogen, and Hågadalen/Nåsten are all close by. The little house was built in 2021 and is in excellent condition. On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with a washing machine, a hallway, and an open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen. A staircase leads up to a an upper level that serves as a sleeping loft. The garden is lush and sunny, with cherries in the summer and apples in the fall—ready to be picked and enjoyed! The rent includes wireless broadband (fiber), electricity, heating, and water. The house is furnished and has underfloor heating. No smoking is allowed.
