1 room house of 25m² in Linköping

Our house is located in the northern part of Lambohov, in a quiet and cosy neighborhood. It is a big house with 3 floors. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the university or mjärdevi. There is a bus stop a block away which has the lines 12 and 4 which can take you to the city. We are looking for someone to live in one of our rooms. You can use our kitchen, washing machine, drying machine. Everything is included in the rent such as internet, heating, electricity etc. The minimum stay is 4 months, up to longer periods. Rent includes a bike to borrow during your stay.
