It is just a few seconds from metro station which is right in front of the building, as well as supermarket and 3 restaurants, pharmacy and hairdresser. 8-10 minutes walk from the flat there is this natural area "by the beach" which I recommend for runs, swim, meditation, or just to take a walk with a coffee.
