The apartment is in Swedenborgsgatan 27, Södermalm, Stockholm, very central and sorrounded with all the hubs for nature, sports and leisure. The apartment has two bathrooms and a comfortable kitchen. There is a laundry room in the building and it is no problem booking it. All utilities are included even wifi. Minimum stay is 1 month.From January 1st 2025.
