A person who respects the others private space and who is willing to follow the cleaning chores. The apartment is in Swedenborgsgatan , Södermalm, Stockholm, very central and sorrounded with all the hubs for nature, sports and leisure. The apartment has two bathrooms and a comfortable kitchen. There is a laundry room in the building and it is no problem booking it. All utilities are included even wifi. Minimum stay is 6 months.From November 3rd 2024 to when you decide.
