hej på gården har vi en friggebod (15m2) för uthyrning. ett lugnt område nära stan. närhet till t-bana 8-9 min promenad, tvärbana(linde) och bussar(163). närmsta t-bana är sockenplan och enskede gård. t-centralen på 13 min. stugan är fullt utrustad med kök, dusch, toalett och tvätt/tumlare. tillgång till förvaring. inkluderat i hyran är el, vatten, värme, tv och wifi. stugan hyrs ut möblerad eller inte möblerad. tillgång till cykel ingår. hyran är 6500kr/månad. en månads deposition, kan diskuteras. en månads uppsägningstid från båda parter. ingen rökning men husdjur kan diskuteras *********************************************************** in our yard we have a nice cottage (15m2) for rent. the area is calm and still very near city center. good access to subway, 8-9 min by walk, tvärbanan(linde) and buses(163). nearest subway stations are sockenplan and enskede gård. the cottage is fully equipped with kitchen, shower, toilet and washing machine/dryer. storage space included. included in the rent is electricity, water, heating, tv and wifi. furnitures can be included but not mandatory. access to a bicycle is included. the rent is 6500kr/month. one month deposit, can be discussed. leaving notice one month mutually. no smoking and pets to be discussed.
