1 room of 9m² in Stockholm

room on 2nd floor in rowhouse. in "söderort". a calm area with many familles and people with mixed background. you get a room and your own bathroom. we share kitchen and entry. (you get your own shelves to have your food but all utensils are shared.) --- just next (10 min bicycle) to a nature reserve, with great outdoor hiking/swimming/training possibilities, including stockholm largest "lake beaches" - flaten. about 8 minuts walking to a green subway line end station "skarpnäck" ~20 minutes to city centre, ~40 (with 1 change) to stockholm university. traffic about every 10 minutes. about 15 minutes walk to busstop for that takes ~35 min to flemingsberg and södertörn university (traffic every 15 minutes) . --- me and my 11 yo son live in the house about 3v a month, and work from home half the time. his mother stays in the house every second week and usually work from home as well. we will probably get a guinea pig from january. --- normal amenities like paper, bedsheets, washing machine powder and towels, as well as adding the room to 1/month room cleaning can be included for 400 kr/month extra (total 4650 sek)
