5 rooms apartment of 144 m² in Norrköping

My name is Abraham and I have three rooms opening up in my apartment. The place is pretty spacious and is located right next to the University and various grocery stores. The apartment has 5 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms and showers, and a shared common spaceand kitchen. We are on the first floor with a beautiful patio that we can access through our window. The apartment is partially furnished and there is a closet in every room, but you have to bring your own bed. I will be working a lot from home and, therefore, searching for people who are looking for a calm and productive space to get their work done. My Swedish is still a work in progress and, therefore I hope you speak English. Heads up; I sometimes like to host events here, so I hope you are also a fun person who likes social evenings like dinner parties or Karaoke nights.
