4 rooms of 112m² in Lund

Hello from the people living at Gyllenkrok! We are all students/future students studying in lund. The atmosphere at home is quite relaxed and calm, except when Olof is blasting metal and Anna is blasting spanish music. The apartment is old but very homely, some areas could have needed some renovations however. In fact, that is what's happening at the end of the year according to our landlord. But he has not set a date, so we can only assume we will be told to leave sometimes next year. The apartment is on the fourth floor overlooking Stadsparken which lies just beside the apartment complex. Only a short ways to both travel agencies and grocery stores. Walking to the train station takes 8 minutes :)
