4 rooms house of 120 m² in Uppsala

A fully furnished house including a garage 2 meters from the main entrance. From the big living-room at the ground floor is a door to a glazed room with glass roof of 14 square meters for summer and autumn. Also a door from the kitchen to an open air porch of 20 square meters. Shower and toilet and a separate laundry room with an extra entrance-door with a cat flap. My two friendly cats use the cat flap whenever they want and this is the main request from me. Are you willing to feed and care of two cats? Upper floor with bathroom, library and three bed-rooms. The house building is connected to one neighbor (par-hus). In the neighboring houses there are families mainly with children. Friendly neighborhood and I still feel at home after 20 years. Fast and easy buses to downtown Uppsala 5 km away. Also perfect bicycle paths.
