Rent has to be paid in advance by the 25th of each month, along with a one-month deposit, which will be refunded upon move-out as long as the apartment is in good condition. To ensure financial stability, I kindly ask for a UC report before moving in. For the comfort of both of us, no smoking, no pets, and no male visitors are allowed. Female guests are welcome with prior notice a few days in advance. Cleaning of shared spaces will be done on a one-on-one rotating basis every week.
