Lägenheten ligger nära Årsta centrum och tvärbanan Valla torg och pendeltågsstationen Årstaberg. Det finns väldigt bra förbindelser med buss direkt till Gullmarsplan och Skanstull. Det tar ungefär 10 minuter med bil till centralen. Endast 250 meter från huset, ligger Årsta Centrum med ICA matbutik, Lidl, apotek, bibliotek, flera gym, vårdcentral, restaurang, etc. Jag har själv bott i 14 år i denna lägenhet och trivs väldigt bra.
