a fully furnished room, 12m², in an apartment available to one student. we share the kitchen, apartment balcony, as well as the bathroom. the building association provides laundry room, sauna, a gym and more. located in skarpnäck, the area is quiet, close to nature and a 15 minute commute by subway to the city. the apartment is centrally positioned, just a couple minutes walk from the supermarkets, bus stops and subway. i am a retired professional and have both studied and worked abroad. i welcome direct communication and mutual respect. i am looking for a tidy, down to earth student to occupy the room for the academic year . move in date from 1 st of september.
