after my youngest child moved out, i have an extra room that i thought would be suitable for rent. the house is located in a quiet area, from here it is easy to get to stockholm and uppsala. walking distance to the commuter train station then 25 minutes to odenplan, 27 minutes to uppsala. 5 minutes walk to väsby shopping center with ica, willys, pharmacy, clas olson, h&m, systembolaget, etc. itś close to a library, swimming pool, gym and nature. there is a laundry room in the house where we have access two times a week. bedding, sheets and towel, access to kitchen with all utensils. smoking or pets are not allowed. proof of admission, home insurance and one month's deposit are required. i want us to use the academic quarter agreement, best for both of us.
