Together with your roomies you will share a fully furnished home with a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy living room. But, there is more, there is also a Hangout space on the first floor where you can meet other colivers in the hub. Here you can socialize, play games, work, study, watch movies and more. Your social life is entirely within walking distance! The shortest contract period with us is two (2) months, this to preserve a sense of stability in the community and in your future home. THE PRIVATE BEDROOM:The private bedroom is semi-furnished.
When you move in with COLIVE, you need to buy a starter kit, which includes a top mattress, mattress cover and shower curtain. This will be invoiced after you have signed the contract (price: 950 SEK – 1250 SEK, depending on the size of the bed).
