Available room in shared student house (4 people, 180m²) in Malma Tjudervägen, 75650 Uppsala

We (Leon, Pedro and Max) are looking for a roomie for a house of 180 m² in Malma near SLU (5-7 min by bike). The house has a garden, two bathrooms, a new kitchen, two living rooms, a laundry room and a storage room.
There is a vacant room of 14 m2, occupancy is from 1st of January with no real time limit for the moment. The rent is SEK 5000 per month (with a deposit of two monthly rents). All three of us study at SLU at master's level.
