Rummet som hyrs ut är 25 kvadratmeter stort med en egen ingång, fransk balkong & fönster i söderläge, egen toalett och en inbyggd garderob. El, internet och kabel-TV (bas-utbud) ingår.

Ett eget källarförråd ingår och cykelrum finns i samma hus. Tvättstugan finns i huset bredvid.

Det finns flera återvinningsstationer i föreningen och det fri datumparkering på gatorna i området.

Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt område, nära ett grönområde och med bra kommunikationer med tunnelbana, cykel eller bil. Det är ett gångavstånd på 5 minuter till tunnelbanan och 10 minuter till centrum med mataffär, bageri, pizzeria, apotek och blomaffär.

- Rummet kan hyras ut delvis eller helt möblerat.

- Pentry samt stockholmsdusch kommer installeras under våren/sommaren.

- En månadshyra i deposition erlägges vid kontraktsskrivning.

The room for rent is 25 square meters large with a private entrance, French balcony & south-facing windows, private toilet and a built-in wardrobe. Electricity, internet and cable TV (basic offer) are included.

A separate basement storage is included and a bicycle room is in the same house. The laundry room is in the house next door.

There are several recycling stations in the area and the free "date"-parking on the streets in the area.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to a green space and with good communications by metro, bicycle or car. It is a 5 minute walk to the metro (15-17 min with the metro to the city) and 10 minutes to the grocery store, bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy and flower shop.

- The room can be rented out partially or fully furnished.

- Kitchenette and "Stockholm"-shower will be installed during the spring / summer.

- A monthly rent in deposit is paid when signing the contract.
