We are looking for a tenant who wants to stay for 2 months at our apartment in Hisings Backa. 

Here below is the brief information about the apartment;

- Contract type: second-hand contract for 2 months, available from 22nd of March to the end of May

- Location: Hisings Backa, 5 minutes by walk to a bus stop, 10 minutes by walk to Coop, 20 minutes by bus to the city center

- Size: 46 sqm, 1.5 rooms (living room with kitchen, bedroom, storage room, bathroom and balcony) 

- Rent: 9000 kr incl. heat, internet, water (a parking lot is available with an additional monthly fee, electricity bill is not included) 

- Others: the apartment is furnished with tables, sofa and bed. We appreciate someone who can treat our apartment clean & responsibly.
