House in Sollentuna with 4 bedrooms (one small and 3 big, with built-in closets) , a big kitchen, a living-room, sauna, washing room, 2 bathrooms, big storage room under stairs, big entry hall, lots of storage in the attic.(not heated). A big shared garden, a glassed terrace at first floor, a big terrace on the ground. Big slide , trampoline, zip line, tree house, a heated swimming pool(above ground, 1.2m deep), sand box. The garden is between other houses, it is great for kids, there is only an own access road that has connection with a local road that has little traffic. Rent includes half of a heated double garage, a shed for the garden tools and grill. We are renovating it these months(replacing windows), should be ready to move in by 1-2 November. There is another separate small apartment with own entry rented by one person already, at least for 3 years- student at KTH ( this is why the garden and double garage is shared). There is enough place to park also outside. It is very close to Tojnaskolan( up to year 7) and there are some kindergardens close by. The house has a big garden with trees, hedges and some flower beds , so if you are not prepared to take care of it (or pay a company to do it), please look somewhere else. Rent dos not include the living costs (electricity, internet-fiber,water+garbage, TV if wanted- TV is canceled currently). These add up to an approximative medium of 2000 per month (for 3 persons) Heating is air-water, so if it is not too cold(under -15), it is not much electricity used for heating. There is also a wood fire place in the living-room that is functional (still some wood left in the garden to be used for it). We moved to Norway, so we look for a long term rent. Contract will be signed for minimum 1 year and it is a normal first-hand contract. It is a semi- furnished house, but the existing furniture can be removed if it is not needed.
