Seeking new roommates from 1st of March (or earlier)
We are on the lookout for new members to join our house in the heart of Huddinge. Our residence is a spacious villa with three floors, conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from Huddinge Station (it takes in total 30 min to get to Stockholm central station). This delightful home have a sauna, a hobby room, and a garden with apple trees. Despite being home to 7.5 people, our villa offers space for everyone to enjoy their privacy while being part of a community. We are respecting peoples private space and enjoy spontaneous hangouts every once in a while.
We have two rooms available, see house map pictures:
Room No. 1: A cozy 10m² space. Price at 5695 SEK/month, charged included. Available 1st of March (or earlier)
Room No. 10: A comfortable 15m² room. Price at 6128 SEK/month, charged included. Available 1st of March (or earlier)
There are beds available for each room. If you have your own we will leave the rooms unfurnished.
Our household is a mix of personalities and cultures, with current residents ranging in age from 25 to 38. You'll meet Gian Carlos, our house musician renowned for his skill with an exotic instrument William, a nature enthusiast and chess aficionado, who is also a father to Idun, his delightful 6-year-old daughter. Idun, known for her charming quips, lives part-time in the house with William. Erik has a penchant for spicy cuisine, Peter is an avid woodcarver, Victoria is the organizer extraordinaire and data nerd.
We value spending time together while respecting personal boundaries and adhering to shared rules for everyone's comfort.
We do not search for a specific profile in a roommate; if you are nice, if you do your chores and contribute to the house, we will enjoy each others company!
