We are renting out our furnished apartment in Södertälje from Sep 1, 2021 to Dec 31,
2021.

Location: The apartment is located at Köpmangatan 6C which is a central
location in Södertälje. The following are within 200 meters from the
apartment:

* Grocery store: ICA, Coop.
* Gym: Nordic wellness, Fitness24seven, Actic.
* Mall: Lunagallerian, Kringlan.
* Restaurants: Numerous (Sushi, Thai, Indian, Swedish etc.).
* Cafe: Numerous (Espresso house, local cafe etc.).
* Busstop: Köpmangatan.

The Södertälje C train station is 5 mins away (by walking or by bus). Almost
all amenities are available within walking distance.

Apartment: The apartment is a new apartment in the Orion building. It is a 2
ROK 42 sq mt apartment with a large balcony. The white goods are new and
everything works perfectly. The furnishing includes the following among other
things:

* Double bed-sofa, small coffee table,
* Large double bed (160 x 200),
* Cupboards and bookshelf,
* TV with chromecast (excluding cable connection),
* 2 workstations (table + gaming chair, one of the tables is height adjustable),

The apartment faces the canal and very airy and fresh. The utilities include
broadband (Tele2), heating, hot water and electricity.

Rent: This is a Byggvesta apartment and hence we cannot charge more than what
we pay, plus furniture mark-up (10%), and utilities. The total rent is 12500
SEK (non-negotiable) which includes everything.

Viewing: We prefer digital viewing. In-person viewing can be arranged during
weekends. For weekday viewing, please contact us.

Prospective tenant: We are looking for a small family (Max 3 persons). The
apartment is strictly no-smoking. No pets are allowed. Please write a bit
about yourself, your salary and your background. Reference will be useful but
not essential. Note that you will possibly be contacted and checked by the
landlord (Byggvesta) in case we decide to go ahead with you.
