The house is a big, beutiful, old house (västerbottensgård), 256 m2 in two floors who stands totaelly by it self 1,5 kilometers to the closest nighbour. This house is locaeted around 50 kilometers from Umeå, and 80 from Örnsköldvik. That menas that you can reach this town´s in an hour by driving. Gräsmyr and Nordmaling you reach with only 20 minits driving, Vännäs is also cloe. The land is 40000 m2 woods and 30000 areble land. It´s very rare to find a culm, quiet place like this so close to citys in Sweden. You can work in town and live here. The house is recently totelly reconstricted, Im about to finish the work right now. The land here is perfect for cultivatiing or have animals, you are free too use the land for your needs and maybe have som animals or other projects. In covidtimes this is really good if you won´t to be alone

The house has two bathrooms a sauna, a big kitchen and many rooms. It got it´s own well with very frech water. The heating system is waterbased who use wood as fuel. There is glycol in the pipes so they will never freze in the winter. You can use 40 cubic of the lands wood and use for heating during the year. That means that you only pay for electricity and will have a very low cost here.
