Ett ljust rum om 15 m2 i en större lägenhet om 157 m2. Rummet är möblerat och innehåller säng, skrivbord, sittmöbel, förvaringsmöbler samt bokhylla etc.
Del i kök, badrum, toaletter och andra gemensamma utrymmen kan nyttjas tillsammans med övriga två boende personer i våningen. Noteras att vi har en liten, nästan 8 år, hund boende hos oss. Hunden är av typ Cockerpoo, utan allergiproblem.
Uthyrning i första hand tre månader med möjlighet till förlängning. Vi är som sagt ytterligare två personer boende i lägenheten samt emellanåt ett litet spädbarn om ca 1 år,

A bright room of 15 m² in a larger apartment of 157 m². The room is furnished and includes a bed, desk, seating, storage furniture, and a bookshelf, etc. Shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, toilets, and other common areas is available together with the other two residents in the apartment. Please note that we have a small dog, almost 8 years old, living with us. The dog is a Cockerpoo, without any allergy issues. The rental is primarily for three months with the possibility of extension. As mentioned, there are two other people living in the apartment, and occasionally a small infant of about 1 year old.
