We are a family on 3 people living in a villa in Herrängen, a very quiet residential area (near Fruängens metro). Bus to Fruängen takes 3 min. Metro to Liljeholmen takes 8 min, T-centralen 18 min! Downstairs there is a furnished rental section that we rent out to female tenants. There are 2 bedrooms, a recreation room of 35 sqm for you and kitchen in the laundry room with cooker, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. You share toilet and shower with the other girl (about 5 sqm) renovated 4 years ago. Sauna is also available! Total area that you share is about 70 sqm. The vacant bedroom is 14 sqm, newly renovated 3 years ago. There is wireless internet (Fiber 100 Mb) TV with 78 channels! Own entrance in the garage! In the other room there is a girl who is 25 years old. Available now. In winter you can ski / skate on Långsjön, about 10 min walk from the house. In the summer there is a bathing place in the same place. We write 2 contracts so we get a paper on it. You can stat up to 4 year.
